The Requirement
To provide an integrated E-Commerce solution that would work with Sage Line 100 - both extracting customers., prices and stock information and pushing back orders. In particular this solution was to replace the existing Sage Web Trader Pro solutuon which had proved inflexible. Also the Sage soltuion couldn't mange the segregation of products that was required by App-Chem without creating multiple sites.
